Ajoleblon...A Cajun Tale

This journal is a bunch of rants about nothing. Mostly lighthearted happenings in the life of a woman who is very simple and who wants for nothing but greatly appreciates whatever is given. You will find nothing profound here but hopefully something that will make you laugh and that's what I enjoy doing most. Being humorous. Fight all error, but do it with good humor, patience, kindness, and love. Harshness will damage your own soul and spoil the best cause.

A first

Today I received roses from someone I have never met.  I always said the first man who sent me yellow and red roses (without me having to tell him that they were my favorite) then I'd just have to fall in love.  Well this guy not only sent red and yellow but added purple.  You guys know the LSU colors right?  purple and yellow.  Actually purple stands for "rarity", red for "love" and yellow for "friendship".  I think that's a pretty good combination for a relationship?

Tonight is our first date and you guys know fickle me.  I hate dating with a passion.  I won't bother you with the details but I wanted to share the beauty of the roses...

If the date turns into anything more...or lasts more than two weeks...I'll fill you in on the details. :)

I don't crawfish too well.

Oooh!! Fun!  And what a charmer!  lol  I hope you have a great time and lots of fun.  Even though dating is worse than going to the dentist.  P.S.:  If you're dating on an internet site, one of those Gonzales men you might be my dad (he's 62)!   Lacey

Well, heck if that isn't a start, though, right??

I hope for your sake, that he turned out to be someone decent, kind, good looking and not weird.  You know what I mean by weird! lol

I'm praying it was a great date!

Love ya sista
